You agree not to copy, distribute, sell, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works from any Software.
2) Return Policy.
If the iHeartRhythm malfunctions and fails to record your heart rhythm, you can return it within 14-days of purchase for a full refund. To return merchandise and receive credit, you must first contact our Customer Service Department to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization. You are required to return items in their original packaging, and will be responsible for any shipping fees.
3) WARNING!
Never attempt to diagnose your heart rhythm yourself. Only a trained, experienced physician can accurately analyze a rhythm strip and advise you of the clinical significance of your rhythm abnormality based on your cardiac condition. Frequently other tests, including a 12-lead electrocardiogram, echocardiogram, exercise treadmill study, nuclear cardiac study and/or a diagnostic cardiac catheterization are required for complete diagnosis. The iHeartRhythm records a lead II rhythm strip only. It does not record a 12-lead electrocardiogram and is not useful for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction, left or right ventricular hypertrophy, or acute myocardial ischemia.
